- 1 12 oz. package softened cream cheese
- 1 15 oz. can of Cincinnati chili
- 1/4 cup diced onions (optional)
- 1 12 oz. bag of shredded mild cheddar cheese
| - Allow cream cheese to come to room temperature
- Spread cream cheese on bottom of 9 x 13 casserole dish
- Heat chili according to package directions
- Pour heated chili over cream cheese
- Sprinkle diced onions (optional) on top of chili
- Cover with shredded mild cheddar cheese
- Heat at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is completely melted
- Let stand 5-10 minutes before serving
