Cincinnati Chili Dip
  • 1 12 oz. package softened cream cheese
  • 1 15 oz. can of Cincinnati chili 
  • 1/4 cup diced onions (optional)
  • 1 12 oz. bag of shredded mild cheddar cheese
  1. Allow cream cheese to come to room temperature
  2. Spread cream cheese on bottom of 9 x 13 casserole dish
  3. Heat chili according to package directions
  4. Pour heated chili over cream cheese
  5. Sprinkle diced onions (optional) on top of chili
  6. Cover with shredded mild cheddar cheese
  7. Heat at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is completely melted
  8. Let stand 5-10 minutes before serving
