- 3 lg pkg of mushrooms
- 2 8oz pkg cream cheese
- 4 t finely minced onion
- 1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch Party Dip Mix-- not dressing
- 1/4 C Parmesan, grated
- 1/3 C mayonnaise
- 2 t parsley flakes
- Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing mix
- 1 stick salted butter
| - allow the cream cheese to come to room temperature
- clean the mushrooms and remove the stems
- discard the stems or reserve for another use
- place the caps closely together in an un-greased baking dish or pan
- mix the cream cheese, party dip mix, onion, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, and parsley flakes
- using a spoon place a generous amount of filling in each mushroom cap
- crush the stuffing mix and sprinkle over the top of each mushroom
- bake at 350 for 30 minutes
- meanwhile melt a stick of butter
- when the mushrooms are removed from the oven, drizzle the butter on the mushrooms
- serve immediately
