Stuffed Mushrooms
  • 3 lg pkg of mushrooms
  • 2 8oz pkg cream cheese
  • 4 t finely minced onion
  • 1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch Party Dip Mix-- not dressing
  • 1/4 C Parmesan, grated
  • 1/3 C mayonnaise
  • 2 t parsley flakes
  • Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing mix
  • 1 stick salted butter
  1. allow the cream cheese to come to room temperature
  2. clean the mushrooms and remove the stems
  3. discard the stems or reserve for another use
  4. place the caps closely together in an un-greased baking dish or pan
  5. mix the cream cheese, party dip mix, onion, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, and parsley flakes
  6. using a spoon place a generous amount of filling in each mushroom cap
  7. crush the stuffing mix and sprinkle over the top of each mushroom
  8. bake at 350 for 30 minutes
  9. meanwhile melt a stick of butter
  10. when the mushrooms are removed from the oven, drizzle the butter on the mushrooms
  11. serve immediately
