This is the first step toward leaving the blogosphere.  I liked writing post, but truthfully I was looking for something a bit more static.  I want to share some recipes and techniques and hopefully inspire a person or 2 to give something new a try.  In the end just how many times can you write an interesting post about how to smoke a pork butt.  So, here I will share the info you need to do this yourself.  I hope you find this to be a good resource and I look forward to your questions and comments.
