- Beef plate ribs
- Kosher salt
- Black pepper
| - generously season the ribs with salt and pepper
- pre-heat an indirect barbeque to 325 with a chunk of mesquite
- cook the ribs for 1 ½ to 2 ½ hours depending on the thickness of the meat
- slice into individual ribs
- serve with sauce on the side** remember this is steak on a stick and will not require the long low and slow of other ribs **
