  • Beef plate ribs
  • Kosher salt
  • Black pepper
  1. generously season the ribs with salt and pepper
  2. pre-heat an indirect barbeque to 325 with a chunk of mesquite
  3. cook the ribs for 1 ½ to 2 ½ hours depending on the thickness of the meat
  4. slice into individual ribs
  5. serve with sauce on the side** remember this is steak on a stick and will not require the long low and slow of other ribs **
