Chicken Satay
Peanut Sauce
  • 1/2 C olive oil 
  • 2-3 T tamari 
  • 1/2 t garlic salt 
  • 3 spoonfuls natural peanut butter 
  • 2 T sriracha
  • 2 Lg boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • skewers
  1. mix all sauce ingredients adding peanut butter one spoon at a time
  2. divide sauce and reserving half for dipping at the table
  3. cut the chicken into 3/4 inch chunks
  4. thread onto the skewers
  5. grill over high direct heat until cooked through
  6. at the last moment baste with peanut sauce
