Peanut Sauce
- 1/2 C olive oil
- 2-3 T tamari
- 1/2 t garlic salt
- 3 spoonfuls natural peanut butter
- 2 T sriracha
- 2 Lg boneless skinless chicken breasts
- skewers
| - mix all sauce ingredients adding peanut butter one spoon at a time
- divide sauce and reserving half for dipping at the table
- cut the chicken into 3/4 inch chunks
- thread onto the skewers
- grill over high direct heat until cooked through
- at the last moment baste with peanut sauce
