- juice of 1 lemon
- 2 T crushed red pepper
- 2 T black pepper
- 1 T cayenne pepper
- 4 T kosher salt
- 2 T chile powder
- 2 T hot sauce, preferably Tapatia
- 2 T Worcestershire sauce
- 1 T garlic powder
- 2 T Dijon mustard
- 1 pint cider vinegar
- butter to taste
| - add the sauce ingredients to a pan and bring to a boil
- simmer for a 5 to 10 minutes and melt in the butter
- serve warm
