Southwest Sauce
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 T crushed red pepper
  • 2 T black pepper
  • 1 T cayenne pepper
  • 4 T kosher salt
  • 2 T chile powder
  • 2 T hot sauce, preferably Tapatia
  • 2 T Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 T garlic powder
  • 2 T Dijon mustard
  • 1 pint cider vinegar
  • butter to taste
  1. add the sauce ingredients to a pan and bring to a boil
  2. simmer for a 5 to 10 minutes and melt in the butter
  3. serve warm
