Steak Butter
  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed and minced fine
  • 1/2 t Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 t white pepper
  • 1/4 t salt, or to taste
  • 1 T fresh parsley, chopped
  1. bring butter to room temperature
  2. combine all ingredients in a medium bowl
  3. stir to combine thoroughly
  4. roll mixture in plastic wrap or wax paper to form a log
  5. twist the ends and refrigerate or freeze as needed
