- 1 bag coleslaw mix or shredded napa cabbage
- 2 jalapenos, small dice
- 1/2 C mayonnaise
- 3 T rice vinegar
- kosher salt
- fresh ground black pepper
| - in a small bowl combine the mayo and vinegar, stirring until smooth
- pour over the cabbage or close slaw mix
- toss until well combined
- taste for seasoning and add salt and pepper to taste
- refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until ready to serve
