Finadene Sauce
  • 1 shallot
  • 8 jalapeno
  • 1/2 C tamari
  • 1/4 C cider vinegar
  1. slice the onions and jalapeno as thinly as possible
  2. mix all the ingredients in a non-reactive container
  3. store in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours... 48 is better
