Habby Baby
  • 1/2 med red onion, peeled and chopped 
  • 1 1/2 C white vinegar 
  • 1/2 C water 
  • 6 cloves garlic 
  • 1/4 C fresh lime juice 
  • 1 T kosher salt 
  • 1 t black pepper 
  • 1/4 C coarse grain mustard 
  • 12 habanero chiles, seeds and stems removed
  1. combine the first 8 ingredients in a sauce pan
  2. simmer over medium heat for 10-15 minutes until softened
  3. puree the mixture
  4. add the habs
  5. puree until smooth
