- juice of 1 lemon
- 2 T crushed red pepper
- 2 T black pepper
- 1 T cayenne pepper
- 4 T kosher salt
- 2 T chile powder
- 2 T hot sauce, preferably Tapatia
- 2 T Worcestershire sauce
- 1 T garlic powder
- 2 T Dijon mustard
- 1 pint cider vinegar
- 3 T butter
| - add all of the ingredients, except the butter, to a pan
- bring to a boil
- reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes
- melt in the butter and whisk together
- can be served on the side at room temp, but its better hot right on top of your favorite chicken, pork, or beef
